Each year PSD produce a Salary & Trends Survey for the Customer Contact Industry. To assist us in compiling the data around industry and headcount trends, please can you complete the questionnaire - this will only take a few minutes.
This year we have added a section on gender diversity as many clients have approached us to assist in balancing their management teams and we are keen to see how much of an issue this is across the industry.
