Introduction

Port Stephens Council is committed to continuously improving its performance and its service delivery to the community. This is our major annual survey.

We seek your input by asking you to complete this Community Satisfaction Survey for 2018. It will take about 10 - 15 minutes to complete. No one who responds to the survey can be identified individually.

The survey closes at 5pm on Friday 8 June 2018, with results proposed to be  published on Council's website in August 2018.

The survey provides you with an opportunity to tell us how you think Council is performing in key areas. It also lets us see where we have improved and what we still have to do.
