1.

Hello, Please take a moment to help the Housing Coalition plan our 2017 training calendar.  Your input will help us make decisions about which topics are most important and how we should structure the schedule.

Do you prefer a half-day session rather than a whole day?  Is it hard for you to get to a training in Hartford or New Haven?  Would you like to enroll in a series of trainings from a national organization but can't travel out-of-state to where they are typically held?  Please tell us what knowledge and information you need  to do your job and how we can deliver it!

* 1. Please identify the types of services your organization provides.  Check all that apply.

* 2. Which of the following best describes your role or job function?  Check Choose only one.

* 3. Please indicate your level of experience in the Housing/Community Development field.

* 4. If you haven't participated in a Housing Coalition training over the past year, please tell us the reasons why.  (Please rank the following answers with 1 being your primary reason.)

* 5. Please rank order the method for content delivery with one being your first choice.

The next question is about the best timing for a training session.  Think about the following:  Are you better able to attend a half-day, a one-day session, or two half day sessions separated by a week in between?

* 6. Please rank order your preferred length of time for training sessions with one being your first choice.

The next questions asks about the location of training sessions.  Please think about how far you are able or willing to travel.  Are you more likely to attend a training if it is held in the same county?  Is parking a consideration?

* 7. I am willing to attend a training in (please check all that apply):

* 8. Name of possible training facility/site.

* 9. Please rank order the following training categories in order of importance to you with 1 being most important.
