5.The ORA Peer Mentor Program will facilitate mentorship for community-bound emerging rheumatologists. Interested individuals (Mentees) can sign up to be a part of the program. The Mentee will be partnered/connected with a Peer Mentor, who will be open to discussing both business hurdles and clinical queries that arise in practice. Would you be interested in this type of program, either as a Mentor or Mentee?
6.Within the ORA Peer Mentor Program, Peer Mentors with expertise in certain areas will be selected. Is there a certain area of practice that you would like covered? Please check all that apply
7.The Emerging Rheumatologist of Ontario (ERO) Grant Program will encourage involvement of early career rheumatologists in the ORA. The grant will help cover the costs of attending the ORA Annual General Meeting. Would you be interested in this type of program?
8.If there was an expectation for ERO awardees to participate in an ORA committee for 1 year, would you still be interested in applying for such an award?
