Introduction
Dear Community Member,
The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 is a private, non-profit organization serving Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby counties. We work to match older adults and their caregivers in these counties with services and resources to help make it easier for them to remain in their homes and engage with their communities.
We are researching how to best meet the needs of our communities, particularly for people who will require increasing support and services as they age. Your input is vital to help guide this process. Please take a few moments to complete the following survey.
