Travel Rebate Application - CHF Canada 2025 Fall Regional Education Events

CHF Canada is pleased to offer travel rebates to participants that attend our Fall Regional Education Events who live, and are therefore required to travel, more than 100km from the event venue. One travel rebate of $100 is available per co-op that meets the eligibility requirements.

In order to receive this travel rebate, you need register for the event and complete the application form below before November 15, 2025. You will receive your rebate after you have attended the event.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept or process travel rebate applications received after November 15th, 2025.
