Eskasoni Child and Family Services is exploring the development of the Nepisulti'kul Building—a new community facility that will provide welcoming spaces for counselling, family support, youth programming, cultural activities, community gatherings, and other services identified by the community.

Your feedback will help guide the planning and design of a new community building for Eskasoni that will support children, youth, families, and the broader community for generations to come.

The survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.

Your responses are anonymous and will be combined with those of other community members. No identifying information will be collected as part of this survey.
