As a registered social landlord Ark is regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator and our services are monitored against the Scottish Social Housing Charter.

Each year we produce an Annual Report for Tenants which tells Tenants how we are performing against a number of activities. We have provided a 4 page summary which we have posted/e-mailed to all Tenants and a full report on our Website.

We want to know more what you think of this new approach.
