By filling out the application form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this application as well as in any follow-up communication.
To keep things organized and fair, please note the following details about our application process:
All applications are reviewed in the order they are received, but acceptance is based on available space within each vendor category.

- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, even if it’s submitted early. Some categories fill very quickly, and once we reach capacity, we’re unable to accept additional vendors in that category. Some categories are already full based on prior year vendor acceptance.
- Vendor category availability may change at any time as applications are reviewed. Even if a category hasn’t been announced as full, it may close without notice based on the volume and variety of applications we receive.
- Direct Sales/MLM spots are limited. We currently have vendors for: Tupperware, Norwex, Pampered Chef & A Spice Affair.
- Categories that are currently FULL include 3D printing, knitting/crochet, textiles, body care & authors (all subject to change).
- As the organizing committee, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in each category in order to maintain a balanced and diverse event. These decisions are made thoughtfully and are final.
- Photos may be requested and must be provided promptly for jury/vendor consideration.
Expect an email response, from gatewaycraftsale@gmail.com, to the email address you provide in the application. Please allow up to 21 days for a response.

Indoor Soccer Pitch
Set Up
Set Up
Set up is between 7:30am and 8:59am. You are responsible for your own setup.
There will be no access to the soccer pitch before 7:30am. For loading and unloading purposes only, you can use the garage door at the back of the center (easier for trolly, no barriers) which is accessed from the north-side of the parking lot.
Note: All vehicles must be moved from the back of the center once unloaded. Vehicles parked in the back of the center, by the garage door, may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Our jurying process depends on accurate information. Please ensure the items you bring match the product types you listed in your application (description). If you would like to add new items or expand into a different category, please contact us before the event so we can review the change. Items not previously approved may not be permitted.
Transfers/Substitutions/Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, please email gatewaycraftsale@gmail.com immediately. Considerations are made on a case-by-case basis with no guarantee of accommodation. There are NO transfers or substitutions allowed for MLM vendors. The individual(s) named on the application form, by the MLM vendor, must be the individual in attendance at the sale.
Note: If Gateway Recreation Centre cancels the event, you’ll receive a full refund. Note: If you paid by credit card, $5.00 will be deducted from your registration payment to cover processing fees.

Take Down
Take down is between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. You are responsible for your own take down.
Vendors Selling Food
You must have all the appropriate food handling certificates and follow all required guidelines as per the City of Winnipeg. Contact the City of Winnipeg for more information.
Expectations
Consideration and respect for other vendors is required. Please refrain from interfering with other vendors when they are with customers.
