2025 HPAE Local 5185 Contract Survey

HPAE CODE RED Contract Campaign

Across NJ, HPAE union members are a united front for safe staffing and higher standards for healthcare workers under the HPAE CODE RED contract campaign. CODE RED stands for the dire situation that patients and healthcare workers are in every day due to hospital staffing being at a critically low point. It is important that we show CarePoint and Hudson Regional that our union is united and strong in achieving what we and our patients need. Our union contract expires on May 31, 2025. Fill out this Contract Survey to add your voice for higher wages, better benefits, and staffing that protects us and our patients! Your input will be shared with our Negotiating Committee and will help guide your colleagues bargaining with the Hospital.
