POAA Member Gary Eller sparked productive discussions about "Your Voice in the Boardroom" at the 2022 Annual POAA convention.  He offered a brief explanation that the unanimous opinion of the active owners who participated in those discussions agreed to move forward.  The information requested below is directed primarily to former and current owners of PF's US DSD network who are interested in working together to build a voting block for shareholder meetings to give TeamPOAA a voice in CPB's global operations which include PF -  but we encourage every owner to seek a proxy from any loved ones who already own shares of CPB
