Thank you for your interest in the Rapid Photo Scanner Beta Test!

Please carefully and accurately complete this application by 5/31/16.  Selected applicants will be asked to participate in a 3 week beta test starting on or around the first week of June 2016. Participants will be expected to use the photo scanner daily, following specific tasks and instructions provided by Prelaunch during that time.  Compensation will be distributed at the end of the beta test.
