Do you support a person who uses a mobility aid or has difficulty walking?
FUNKTION access and inclusion consultants are undertaking an urban mobility study survey to better understand what accessibility information you need when out and about in the community.
This survey is for people who support those who use a mobility aid or have difficulty walking.

Study findings will be used to improve accessibility information content and formats. This aims to help people with disability to get out, explore and participate in community activities with confidence, freedom, choice, and independence.
The survey consists of 10 questions. Your participation is voluntary, anonymous and confidential. The survey findings may be published online, in reports and training materials.
