11.CNSI Payment Terms

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS- Payment must be made in full for sponsorship 30 days prior to the event. Sponsors failing to make the required final payment for the sponsorship shall forfeit the right to participate. If the payment is not received by February 20, 2026, the sponsor logo will not be included on any print materials or signage. Should the sponsor be unable to participate, he or she shall promptly notify the CNSI Sponsorship Manager. If the request is received on or before January 16, 2026 the total paid for the applicable sponsorship minus a $200 processing fee will be refunded. If the request is received after January 16, 2026 no refund will be issued or required. The date upon which Management receives the written notice of cancellation shall apply as the official date of cancellation. If the sponsor has any questions or anticipate any exceptional circumstances that might prevent payment from meeting the specified timeline above, they must contact CNSI by January 16, 2026 to avoid forfeiting their participation rights.
