PHLanthropy Week 2021 will be held November 15th - 19th 2021.
Focused on practices that are driven by community need and voice, each day will focus on a different guiding theme.
November 15th - Collaboration and Alignment | How can nonprofits, foundations, institutions, and community members work together as partners and share voice on solutions that matter?
November 16th - Data that Matters | From grant applications to organizational impact, how can stakeholders align on the key ideals, metrics, and qualitative and quantitative data points that matter to the community, and issues they are working to overcome?
November 17th - Social Justice and Advocacy | What are the ways organizations can overcome anti-racism, systemic oppression, wealth disparity, and areas of social injustice and inequities and work with stakeholders to stand up for their communities?
November 18th - Community Engagement | How can organizations be authentically inclusive of those they serve and stakeholders key to their mission? How can the community members ensure their voice matters and help organizations move their communities forward?
November 19th - Fundraising | How can organizations and donors move past the "savior syndrome" and ensure that they are not exploiting the community and truly working to move dollars to move communities?
