AEDA City Experience Program Participant Registration – Enrol Now The City Experience Program will support selected Adelaide and North Adelaide businesses and organisations to develop new, year-round, bookable visitor experiences, with a priority focus on the Cultural Boulevard. These experiences will encourage visitors to stay longer, spend more and explore Adelaide more widely.About this applicationThis application will help AEDA understand your organisation, current visitor offering, interest in developing a new experience and readiness to participate. The form should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Applications close Wednesday 7 October 2026. Applications will be reviewed within three business days to confirm an invite to the Experience Design Workshop on 20 October 2026. If selected in the Program, do you agree to sign and comply with the City Experience Program Participant Agreement, including the following: Nominate a business owner or senior staff member for the duration of the program, who also has the authority to develop and progress actions to develop the new bookable visitor experience. If a staff member is nominated, that the staff member will be provided with internal time and resources to progress the experience development. Participate in a pre-workshop online interview (30 minutes) and attend the in-person Experience Design Workshop in the afternoon on Tuesday 20 October 2026 (2 hours). If your new experience concept is selected for mentoring and marketing support after the Workshop, you also commit to: Attend at least two mentoring sessions between November 2026 – February 2027 (2 hours). Complete agreed Product Development Roadmap actions between mentoring sessions and respond to program communications in a timely manner (10 – 15 hours). Provide accurate product, pricing and operational information when requested. Work towards having a new experience live and bookable by Friday 26 February 2027. Participate in the industry showcase and celebration event in April 2027, subject to confirmation. Question Title * 1. Participant acknowledgement (Required.)
