APT 2019 Feedback & a new refreshed 2020!

APT aims to give you the experience, awareness, enjoyment, mobility, challenge, maintenance and self knowledge you want & need from every session. Feedback is paramount - and this year with a revamp of the business planned for 2020 - the special APT community I value and am so very proud of, are invited and strongly encouraged to express their feelings, thoughts and words relating to APT.  This is very much geared towards looking after you & creating a balanced sustainable next Chapter for APT.

NB. I will be taking time off over Dec 2019 & January 2020 to re-evaluate and refresh the APT format and weekly schedule. I am not taking advance credit for 2020 as I have done previously. Current loyal clients will be given first preference on the new schedule when it is created! This survey is therefore important to glean, not just your feedback from this year, but how you feel about and value your APT experience and what you would like it to offer you in the future.
