Roosevelt Site Redevelopment Preferences Survey


The former Roosevelt Elementary property is owned by the West Bloomfield School District. Final decisions regarding the future of the property will be made by the School District.
Keego Harbor is gathering public input so the City can provide thoughtful recommendations rooted in adopted City goals. Because the property is located along Cass Lake Road next to City Hall, the City’s primary redevelopment priorities are to strengthen the tax base, expand housing options, support a more walkable corridor, and encourage high-quality development that fits Keego Harbor’s character.
Public input will be one important factor in the City’s recommendation.
