- Basic 101: Bases, Batteries, Wiring, Motors, Suspension
- Programming: User Settings, OBP, Wired dongle and wireless dongle, Assignable Buttons, Joystick Settings, Subset Files, OMNI
- Seating Adjustments: SEDEO Lite, SEDEO PRO, SEDEO PRO Advanced, Inhibits and positioning.
- Specialty Controls: Programming, Switch-it DualPro, Micro, etc
- Magic X8: base, batteries, and seating.
All attendees will receive a QUICKIE hat and a Sunrise Medical 40th Anniversary Water bottle. And a Wireless Programmer will be raffled.

Dan Critchfield has worked in the complex rehab industry for over 30 years. His education includes Electronics and Business Development. Over the past 30 years, Dan has worked as a field and bench tech repairing electronics. He spent several years as a test engineer conducting ANSI/RESNA and ISO standardized testing. Dan also led Sunrise Medical as a Power Product Manager and is currently a technical educator. Dan works out of the Nashville, TN manufacturing location where QUICKIE power wheelchairs are built. Dan enjoys working with his hands and building and restoring anything with a motor or engine.
