The Irish Platform for Patient Organisations, Science and Industry (IPPOSI) aims to map the involvement opportunities for patients and the public across the Irish health sector (policy, services, research, industry) since 1 January 2019. We want to include your opportunity!

In responding to the following questions, you will provide us with the information we need to include your opportunity in our map. We realise that there is a significant number of questions to respond to, but this is required to populate our mapping tool. We estimate that this will take around 30 minutes to complete, so you may need to set aside a dedicated period of time. It is possible to share three involvement opportunities on each mapping questionnaire. Please return by Friday 18 September 2020.

You will see that after each question we indicated how this information will be processed. We understand that you do not want all your responses to be made public, and to this end, questions marked 'confidential to IPPOSI' will be kept strictly confidential to the IPPOSI Executive and Board. For questions not marked confidential, consent is assumed, and this information will be published as part of the mapping. In any case, we will be sharing a draft map with all respondents prior to publication.
