PPE COVID-19 Needs


PPE connect is a group of volunteers who have grouped together to try and assist with the supply of PPE to front line workers.
The purpose of this survey is to gather data about the PPE requirements of medical practices and others on the front line so that we can try and get PPR and distribute it in the context of   COVID-19 equipment shortages. We will use the data to provide participants with options, further information and resources for the supply of PPE and essential items.
