PPE NEEDS SURVEY

Since the start of the Covid-19 outbreak, several members have contacted the Chicago Medical Society asking us to help them obtain personal protective equipment (PPE). CMS is pleased to announce that we are partnering with a medical supply company that will be offering products at competitive pricing. As such, we ask that you participate in our PPE Needs Survey to help us identify your specific needs.

1.What PPE does your practice/clinic/hospital need?

Hand Sanitizer Alcohol Gel, w/pump table top for work areas (12oz, 16oz or 64oz)

Surface Disinfectant Wipes 6.75 x 6.75 w/bleach w/kill claims including Coronovirius

Procedural Masks, 3ply pleated w/ear-loop

Surgical Mask, 3ply pleated w/ear-loop ASTM certified

N95 Masks, NIOSH certified

Gloves

Gowns: Class I – standard isolation gowns / non surgical (protect the wearer from the transfer of microorganisms and body fluids in low or minimal risk patient isolation situations)

Gowns: Class II – surgical isolation gowns AAMI certified (all areas of the surgical isolation gown except bindings, cuffs, and hems are considered critical zones of protection and must meet the highest liquid barrier protection level)

Thermometer, infrared no touch 1 second test time

Pulse Oximeter, fingertip style
