West Waterford Festival of Food Market Application 2020

The 13th annual West Waterford Festival of Food will take place from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th April 2020 and the committee is currently busy putting together another amazing programme of events for next year.

We are now taking expressions of interest for our markets, which will take place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April 2020. The highlight of our festival every year, our Sunday Market attracts in excess of 20,000 people to the town centre. This market incorporates our local Farmer's and Country Markets as well as many more traders. The emphasis is on local and artisan producers, so priority will be given to traders from county Waterford.

Our Quayside Saturday market has grown substantially, with record numbers in recent years which we hope will grow further in 2020. As in previous years, we will have a vibrant entertainment programme and a wonderful RNLI duck race. 

During the application process you can indicate if you prefer to trade at the Saturday market, Sunday market or both.

The closing date for expressions of interest is 31st December 2019.
