Scottish Information & Support Survey 2026

At Endometriosis UK, we believe that those with endometriosis should help shape the support and services we provide.
We are launching this survey to better understand the needs, experiences and challenges of people living in Scotland who are affected by endometriosis. The information you share will help us identify priorities for future support, guide our fundraising efforts, and ensure we invest in projects that make the greatest difference to our community.
Your feedback truly matters. The Youth Engagement Officer role currently in place was developed as a direct result of feedback from our community, showing how your voice can influence real and meaningful change.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, and everyone who takes part can choose to enter a prize draw for a chance to win a £50 voucher.
