Call for Presenters - EOI

Palliative Care Tasmania is pleased to invite interested individuals or organisations to submit an Expression of Interest to present at the 2022 Tasmanian Palliative Care Conference, to be held at Wrest Point, Hobart on 17 and 18 November 2022.

Submissions are being sought from presenters looking to deliver a 30-minute oral presentation either in-person or via a virtual platform including 5 minutes question time.

Oral presentations will run in the conference program as a concurrent session and will compliment Keynote and Invited speakers.

-        By submitting a presenter EOI, the presenter acknowledges that they have read, understand and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
-        Your EOI submission must be submitted on time, to be considered for the program of the 2022 Palliative Care Tasmania Conference.
-        All accepted authors MUST register and pay to attend the Conference. By submitting this EOI all presenters agree to this condition.
-        Palliative Care Tasmania will not provide support for accommodation, travel and expenses
-        incurred in connection with being an approved presenter.
-        By submitting an abstract the presenter agrees that they have all authorisations, permissions, approvals, licenses and consents required to submit the abstract and provide the presentation.
-        Approved presenters authorise Palliative Care Tasmania to use the presenter’s name, photograph, and biographical data submitted to Palliative Care Tasmania for the purposes of the Conference.
-        Palliative Care Tasmania reserves the right at any time to: change the format, content, location, timing or any other aspect of the Conference; postpone the Conference or any part of the Conference; or cancel the Conference or any part of the Conference, by providing written notice to approved presenters in advance of such change, postponement or cancellation (to the extent reasonably practicable)
-        All presentations during the Conference must include the same content and follow the same outline as that described in the submitted and accepted presentation submission.
-        Palliative Care Tasmania reserves the right to accept, decline or revoke a presentation submission at its absolute discretion. All decisions by Palliative Care Tasmania are final.
