Upper Yarra Flexible Transport Trial - Volunteering

EV Community Transport is looking for Volunteer Drivers in the Upper Yarra. This form is to apply for this volunteer driver role.

There are a number of things that you need:
- a smart phone
- your own registered and roadworthy vehicle
- open drivers licence
- comprehensive vehicle insurance

- 2 mandatory COVID vaccinations and annual flu shot
