Poster Submissions - June 2018 GHPC |
CORE Group will host a poster session on Tuesday, June 5th from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. CORE Group will accept 18 posters with an academic or professional focus, research information, peer-reviewed work, etc. to be presented to all attendees at the Poster session. The poster presenter will stay for the entirety of the session and present to various groups of participants.
Posters are visual presentations focused on a particular theme that are displayed on tables and bulletin boards during our Poster Session. Presenters stand next to their displays to explain content and answer questions.
Everyone is welcome to submit their ideas, members and non-members alike. All ideas are reviewed by CORE Group staff as we work to create a Poster Session with a wide variety of topics that will collectively enhance the attendee's Global Health Practitioner Conference experience.
All poster proposals submitted by the deadline will be evaluated on the following criteria:
1. Merit and clarity of the 250-word abstract
2. Completeness of the proposal, particularly having well-developed content to understand all relevant aspects of the topic.
3. How well the topic aligns with the overall mission and values of the International Community Health Network
4. The uniqueness of the topic
Additionally, all presenters need to register for the conference and are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.

All submissions are due by 5:00pm EST Friday, April 6th, 2018.
Email confirmation for each accepted poster will be sent on or before Friday, April 13.
