Questions for the Draft Model Protocol on Major Depressive Disorder

Introduction

Thank you for providing feedback on the the Innovation and Value Initiative's draft model protocol on major depressive disorder (MDD). As part of its Open Source Value Project, IVI will hold a public comment period on the draft model protocol on major depressive disorder from December 14-January 18. The model protocol is a technical document that outlines the primary inputs we plan to use in the MDD economic model.

There are three sections to the questionnaire: demographic information, broad comments and recommendations, and specific questions referenced to the protocol.
