Walworth Corners - Neighbourhood Questionnaire

Thank you for taking part in our survey!

This survey has been put together by Fabrix and Patrizia as part of the redevelopment of 182-202 Walworth Road into Walworth Corners.

Fabrix is a London-based, impact-driven property development company, leading on the delivery of Walworth Corners. The project, on site now, will deliver new shops, a public courtyard garden, a pioneering Community Kitchen and new affordable homes for social rent, alongside student accommodation.

Local charity Pembroke House has been steering the vision for the Community Kitchen as a permanent new community asset for Walworth. Working alongside a local collective of food businesses, growers and residents, and building on 140 years of work in the neighbourhood, the charity will be the Kitchen’s eventual operator.

Walworth Corners is being delivered with investment partner Patrizia through Sustainable Communities London – a partnership with Fabrix that invests in projects designed to deliver both lasting community benefits and positive environmental outcomes, alongside new homes.

The results of the survey will help us better understand what people value about Walworth today and what local priorities should help inform future community initiatives over the coming years.

There are no right or wrong answers – we’re simply interested in your perspective!
