Plan Institute - Workshop and Course Bursary: Personal Support Network Facilitation Online Course

Plan Institute endeavours to ensure full and equitable access to all of our programs, supports and services. While the vast majority of our programs are free, there are a few that are provided at a significantly subsidized rate. We understand that the fees associated with some of our courses may be unaffordable for some. Our bursary fund was set up to address this need.

If you are unable to cover the cost of our courses, we encourage you to make a request using this form. Where possible, we will look to provide a bursary to contribute towards the cost. If you are requesting a bursary for more than one of our courses, please complete a separate form for each request.

Eligibility: Individuals with a disability or individuals who support a person with a disability are eligible to apply. If you are requesting a reduced fee on behalf of an organization, please contact learning@planinstitute.ca separately.

Bursary Available: We have limited bursary funds, and endeavour to use the available funds to assist as many individuals and families as possible. We may therefore may only be able to provide partial bursaries for this course (generally $150). We will consider costs for larger or full bursaries on a case by case basis, based on the funds available.

3.What financial contribution can you make towards the course? *

We endeavour to use the available funds to assist as many individuals and families as possible, and therefore may not be able to provide the full amount of your request. If there is a significant need, or in the event of a singular request, a full subsidy may be provided. Please let us know here what the maximum amount you can provide would be.(Required.)
4.We do not require bursary applicants to disclose their personal circumstances. However, as we have limited bursary funds available, we ask that you consider your need for financial support before submitting this application.
