Tell us the Animals, Plants and Places that are Important to you!

The Alderney Wildlife Trust (AWT) is interested in understanding which of Alderney’s animals, plants, and places are of particular importance to members of the island’s community and visitors to the island, including individuals, organisations and interest groups.

Answers to this questionnaire will be used as part of the AWT’s Alderney State of Nature project. This project aims to identify species and habitats of conservation, economic and community importance, assess whether they are at a favourable conservation status, and engage the community with biological recording. Data from the project will be made publicly available and help ensure the AWT’s future survey and conservation work is targeted to the most important actions to safeguard the island’s natural environment. You can read more about the project at https://www.alderneywildlife.org/current-projects/alderney-state-of-nature

You do not need to have any particular expertise or knowledge to fill in this questionnaire. We are interested in hearing from as broad a range of individuals and organisations as possible.
