The Faculty Facilities Planning Advisory Committee (FFPAC) surveys faculty to determine if there are ways in which current teaching spaces can be improved.

If you have issues, beyond normal repairs, with one or more of your classrooms or would like to request amenities or equipment that do not currently exist, please fill out the survey below. Fill out one survey for each room on which you wish to provide information.

At the end of the Winter Semester, FFPAC will capture the survey data you provide here, compile them, and present them to the University Facilities Planning Department for attention. In other words, information you provide here will be used to improve classrooms over the coming summers. Thank you!!
