Project Management Skills Assessment

Introduction

The Balboa Park Online Collaborative (BPOC) would first like to acknowledge our colleagues who at this time are struggling with institution closures brought on by COVID-19 and are finding themselves furloughed or unemployed and facing an uncertain future. In an effort to assist organizations with operating efficiently and productively while addressing a growing need for translatable skills, BPOC would like to assess the need for project management skills for both organizations as a whole and individuals.
For clarity, Project Management is defined by the Project Management Institute as the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements. Understanding Project Management is an essential skill at all staff and leadership levels across all departments of an organization.
We would like to thank you for your time in completing this survey and helping BPOC develop much-needed services to the field.
