1.Attractive City Centre
What improvements would make Aberdeen City Centre more visually appealing and welcoming to you, your staff, and your customers?
We have worked with ACC on various greening initiatives, parklets and floral enhancements (hanging baskets). Would you want to see more green space? Do you wish to see more pedestrian friendly spaces (etc..)?

2.Promoting the City Centre
With Aberdeen Inspired working with partners in bringing events such as Tall Ships, Nuart and Spectra to the city, do you want more events of this scale in our city centre and are they of value to your business? Do we continue to also build on our Aberdeen Restaurant Week, Aberdeen Comedy Festival and Shop Aberdeen brands?

3.Helping Your Business
Aberdeen Gift Card is the most successful in the UK – realising some £4 million in sales for bricks and mortar business in the city centre since its launch in 2020 – should we continue to expand the scheme? Up until recently we had a seagull management policy – is this something we ought to revisit?

4.Safe & Welcoming
What would make you, your staff, and customers/clients feel safer and more comfortable spending time in the city centre? Is there sufficient visibility from police/wardens? Is there sufficient and reliable transport available? Are you aware of AI’s role on bringing the Purple Flag safety accreditation to the city and is this something you want us to further develop with partners?
Is there sufficient lighting in the city centre? Are the streets relatively clean or would you want to see more done and by whom?
