* 8. The entry of the above boat for the RS Aero Irish National Championship 2025 is conditional on acceptance of the following by the owner/competitor racing the boat:

The race organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, death or personal injury howsoever caused to the Owner/Competitor, his/her helm or crew as a result of their taking part in the event. Moreover, every Owner/Competitor warrants the suitability of his/her boat for the race or races.
The provision of safety equipment and boats by Greystones Sailing Club is neither guarantee that assistance can be rendered to any competitor in need, nor an acceptance of any responsibility for rescue of competitors. Further, in the event that assistance is rendered to any Competitor, no liability for any loss, damage or injury to the Competitor and/or the boat and its equipment is accepted by the Club or the crew of such rescue craft.
RRS Fundamental Rule 3: A boat is solely responsible whether or not to start or continue racing.
I agree to be bound by the racing rules of sailing and all other rules, GSC policies and Sailing Instructions that govern this event.
I declare that I hold a valid certificate of insurance which also covers me while racing (including Third Party liability cover of at least €3,000,000).
I accept that I may be photographed and consent that any photographic images of me taken during racing or using the regatta facilities at the event may be published in any media, in conjunction with my name, or not, without compensation.

I have read the above conditions, accept the responsibilities and conditions contained therein, and am eligible to enter in accordance with the Notice of Race for the event.
