Introduction
The purpose of this questionnaire is to understand the status of workflow automation among FICPI members in order to then share a summary of this information to the members. This questionnaire collects information on how our member firms approach this issue…
In this questionnaire, «automating workflow» means adopting electronic tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, enhance value for clients, and release staff from some or many of the more mundane tasks such as data entry, error checking, reporting of standard actions, updating of case management systems, or at least to simplify or painlessly consolidate those tasks.
In other words, in this questionnaire, «automating workflow » means no or very minor human intervention is needed for the automated task.
