Yale Health Sciences IT (HSIT) is conducting a User Experience (UX) analysis to improve how users navigate technology platforms across Yale University (YU) and in collaboration with Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS).
Many users are required to maintain dual identities—one for YU and one for YNHHS—to access tools, software, calendars, email, and contact information.
This survey aims to:
Identify the specific tools, platforms, and information users need from each organization.
Understand pain points related to dual identities and system access.
Gather input to improve onboarding and system integration between YU and YNHHS.
Your responses will directly inform improvements in access, support, and user experience. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
