Hunter Water Bullying Survey

Everyone at Hunter Water has a work health and safety duty and can help to prevent workplace bullying.

Workplace bullying is a risk to health and safety because it affects the mental and physical health of workers. Failure to take steps to manage the risk of workplace bullying can result in a breach of Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws.

Employers need to take Workplace Bullying seriously. The ASU certainly does.

The ASU needs your help to stand up to ensure a workplace culture free from Bullying and Harassment.

We want to hear from you if you have experienced workplace bullying. We would appreciate your time to fill out the survey that will form the evidence to establish whether Workplace Bullying is an issue at Hunter Water. As a Union we hope to achieve a better workplace culture collectively that as individuals we can’t achieve alone.
