Completing this form will put you on the Confirmed or Waiting List for The Nook March Break Camp at George Chuvalo Neighbourhood Centre located at 50 Sousa Mendes Street. Once you are confirmed there will be a more detailed form to complete! Space is limited, families who do not make the initial list will be put on a waitlist. It may take 2-3 days to respond to each family.

March Break Camp will run between March 11th - 15th, 9:00 am- 4:00 pm.

We have two camps that will be operating:

2nd Floor main space ( K- grade 4 ) with 25 Children

Basement Youth Space ( Grade 5- 6 ) with 15 Tweens.
