The Comprehensive Plan is a policy document that guides City Council, Planning Commission, City Staff, residents, businesses, and developers to facilitate informed decisions about the current and future needs of the community. A comprehensive plan is used to help inform growth and change over time. The goal is to build on the past to strengthen the future. Your participation in this survey will help inform City Staff on the needs/desires of the community that lives, works, and recreates in Idaho Springs.
