The Polk County Board of Supervisors is embarking on a strategic planning process for our county. Starting in December, there will be a series of community meetings and discovery sessions held in a variety of venues across our community. This survey is a component of the collection of input from a wide array of voices.

The strategic planning process will bring together county leaders, residents, community organizations, local businesses, and subject-matter experts to create a shared vision for the future of Polk County. The project will assess current needs, anticipate future challenges, and identify key priorities that will inform county policy, budgeting, and long-term investments.

The strategic plan is meant to set the vision and direction for the next ten years, and incorporating a range of perspectives from throughout the communities spread throughout Polk County.
