Making Connections:  Sleep and Student Performance

The Public Schools of Northborough and Southborough are pleased to host the first in a three part speaker series focused on topical issues specific to students health and well-being. "The ABCs of ZZZs: What Every Parent Needs to Know About the Importance of Sleep in Kids and Teens" is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Trottier Middle School in Southborough from 7 PM - 9 PM. There is no cost to attend this presentation and it is open to the public. Your input is greatly appreciated as we continue to explore the relationship between sleep and student performance.
