Purple Life Conference is a transformational gathering designed to inspire, equip, and prepare Christian women to boldly step into their God-given calling.
INFO ABOUT THE CONFERENCE FOR VENDORS:
Held at Charity Church/Indianapolis Indiana
Saturday November 14 from 8-5pm
Set up is Friday Evening from 4-6 or Saturday morning at 6:30 am. EST
Our attendees include women from diverse backgrounds who are committed to growing in faith, leadership, purpose, business, ministry, and personal impact.
The Purple Life Marketplace is more than a vendor area—it is an extension of our mission. We are creating a space where attendees can discover products, services, ministries, resources, and opportunities that support their spiritual growth, personal development, family life, leadership journey, and Kingdom impact.

Ideal Vendors

We welcome applications from vendors offering:

• Fine art, mixed media, sculpture, and creative works
• Art-inspired products and gifts
• Clothing and wearable accessories
• Jewelry, purses, and wearable art
• Handmade or high-quality gift items
• Premium products for women
• Food and edible gifts (proper licensing required)
• Authors with books for sale
• Coaches, consultants, and Christ Centered, service-based businesses

Please note: A limited number of direct sales vendors are accepted based on space and fit.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

All applications are reviewed, and selected vendors will be contacted with next steps, availability, and event details.

Vendor Participation Options

Once accepted, vendors will be invoiced based on the selected option:

Level 1: Regular Booth Vendor – $89
Includes standard 6 foot vendor table with black tablecloth and setup space.

Level 2: Spotlight Vendor – $125
Includes all level 1 plus enhanced visibility through social media "shoutouts" with your graphics and information, announcing you as a vendor. Your Logo is added to our slide deck for the conference.

Level 3: VIP Vendor – $199
Includes all of level 2 plus special visibility as a Breakout Session Announcer. You get to announce a breakout speaker and have a 2 minute introduction to your products and services plus you can give a single promotional item or card to the breakout participants.

13.Being a vendor does NOT include Friday conference registration. If you would like to attend the Friday Kickoff Experience, Your invoice will include a $35 fee.

Saturday: You may add one helper for an additional $20 which covers their lunch and access to the conference.
