* 2. What WUSC projects are you most interested in?

* 3. We had some fluctuation with WUSC meetings last semester. This semester WUSC meetings will be bi-weekly but we are hoping to have it on the same day of the week. The meetings will be quick, informative, work on projects, and will allow you to get/give input on what is going on with WUSC. What day of the week would work best for you?

* 5. Janette MacDonald, from the Farm Radio International Campaign (www.farmradio.org) is coming to Edmonton Jan. 22 and 23 to talk to our local committee! What time during those two days would work best to meet as a local committee and talk about this wonderful WUSC program?

* 6. WUSC's first Fair Trade Monday of the year will be on Jan. 25th in the Business Atrium.

Which shifts are you available for?

* 7. WUSC has the opportunity to nominate one student to represent WUSC at the Inaugural University of Alberta Oil Sands Student Delegation 2010. The program consists of:
1) Briefing session: You can pick either to attend Jan 19 or 27 at the U of A
2) A weekend excursion to the Oil Sands from January 30-31 involving a Suncor tour, Oil Sands Discovery Center presentation, screening of H2Oil, and a multi-stakeholder panel discussion
3)A forum after the trip where student leaders can share their experiences with the wider University community.

I went to the Oil Sands this Summer with a group from the U of A and it was an eye-opening experience. I want to open it up to the rest of the group. If you are interested please respond below.


* 8. WUSC's Student Refugee Program Gala is on the evening of Feb. 26, 2010. Are you interested in volunteering for this event? What roles are you interested in?
