Please complete the form below to register for this FREE 10 week Play & Learn playgroup series and caregiver Learning Sessions; fun activities, raffles, prizes and healthy snacks provided in every session!
When: Friday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30 am; Starting on March 2- May 11, 2018.
Location: 22351 City Center Drive, Hayward CA. Suite 150.
This program has been designed for caregivers and the children they care for and not intended for parent and child participation.
