About This Survey
The HSUWA has initiated bargaining with the Western Australian Department of Health to replace the current Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
This Agreement covers about 16,000 people employed by Health Service Providers in Professional, Administrative, Clerical, Technical or Supervisory roles.
The Agreement details your rights at work covering everything from pay and overtime arrangements, discipline and grievance practices, to flexibility and mobility practices and much more.
It is important that we understand what you think needs changing in the current Agreement and what is important to you. Please take the time to complete the short survey below. All of your responses remain anonymous and confidential and will be used solely as input in to shaping the priorities for negotiations. Questions marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
