* 3. Each vendor will have access to a 4’x8’ table (stage deck at 36” high). Do you prefer the table or 4’x8’ of empty floor space?

* 4. Each vendor will have access to a 15A edison circuit with a power strip. Please indicate any additional power requirements below, including total power draw expected for your booth (if more than 20A).

* 13. Will you be taking your gear with you after the Showcase or will it be shipping? All shipping will need to be pre-arranged by each vendor. We will require BOL for Freight shipments and shipping labels for Fedex/UPS shipments. We can help palletize any gear that will be shipping freight.
