Professional and Academic Development Travel Fund Criteria

- Must be a degree seeking undergraduate or graduate student
- Must be attending a conference or professional development event
- Advisor must write a letter of approval
- Must be a Phi Kappa Phi member in good standing
- Must get approval from the leadership of Phi Kappa Phi six weeks prior to attending the event
- Must provide a detailed estimated budget plan and fill out an application

- You will be reimbursed after attending the event. Please bring your receipts in order to get reimbursed. You can be reimbursed for the following: the registration fee of the event, hotel fees, travel funds, and materials, such as books. Food is not reimbursable.
-  Up to $250 if conference is in a local location (DC, MD, VA)
-  Up to $750 if conference is outside local area
