* 9. By submitting an application to the Downtown Tempe Authority (DTA), I acknowledge that I have read the Tempe Blooms Live Muralist Rules & Expectation Handbook, along with the legal information in the document. IF ACCEPTED...

- I will be present at the allowable hours listed below.

- I will prep & paint only on site at the timeframe given.

- No assistance is permitted during the painting process. You may have help with loading in and out your materials, but they cannot assist in prepping your art piece. This is strictly a solo project.

- Provide paint and all necessary tools including step ladder to complete live painting covering the entire canvas.

- During the painting process, it's essential to cover the working area to safeguard the ground.

- I understand that the DTA reserves the right to move my booth space if deemed necessary.

- I understand that if accepted and I do not adhere to the expectations, I will NOT be allowed to return as a participating vendor for future Downtown Tempe Authority events.
