You are being asked to participate in a research study. The purpose of the
research is to collect feedback from beta-testers of the Sight-Reading for Guitar:
The Keep Going Method Book and Video Series, and the findings may be published
or presented at academic conferences. The expected duration of your
participation is 20 minutes. The procedures of the research will involve taking an
online, anonymous survey to last approximately 20-minutes.
*There will not be risks or discomforts associated with this research.
*There will be benefits to you from this research. Once the resource is completed
it will be published online and be free to all users. It can then be used to either
teach yourself sight-reading or as a tool to teach sight-reading to your students.
*The information you provide for purposes of this research is anonymous. It will
be used to improve the method book and video series.

*Participation in this study is voluntary. Refusal to participate will involve no
